The location was fantastic for exploring Orange, with spacious newly renovated rooms and a helpful reception staff. The wellness area felt luxurious, but it was disappointing that the pool was closed during our visit.

Old and run-down facilities!!! Irritating noise levels in older rooms, particularly disruptive during sleep!!! Maintenance in public areas could use significant improvement to enhance the overall guest experience!!! Unclean bathrooms raise hygiene concerns!!!

the grand hotel d'orange, bw signature collection has a fantastic location close to the forest fires on the borders of spain and france. the deluxe king room was spacious and featured a pleasant terrace facing the courtyard. we enjoyed the nice bathroom with tiles, and the spa facilities were a great bonus.
